What is an DIY Art Workshop?

英語でDIYアートワークショップとは?

The DIY Art Workshop enables everyones unique product ideas to be manufactured in real life, tested, and acted upon in the real world and then sold. This process, where children and adults co-design (but only adults make) is backed up by a successful educational system known as “Design Thinking”.

Operating costs are returned to the school and profits go to charity.

英語でDIYアートワークショップは大人と子どもが共にデザインしたアイディアを大人の手によって実物化して、試し販売を行い、現実世界で運用することを可能にします。これはデザイン思考と呼ばれるアプローチです。

売り上げの利益から募金を行い、社会の一端を担う活動をします。

A short story of how we became who we are…

何故今ある姿になったのか・・・

OUR STORY

Many years ago we ran a creative, artistic and successful souvenir manufacturing business in Australia.

With an illness came change and, following this, greater insight. We realized that we could teach our belief in creativity, passion and resilience, and this then opened the way for us to become qualified kindergarten teachers.

For the next following years we did this with a renewed dream of providing our community with a school just like the BKI Preschool that exists today.

Now with BKI Preschool in place, we are moving on to the next stage of our plan by adding a new dimension to our value, “ English Conversation Art Workshop”.

我々の軌跡

かつて我々はオーストラリアで創造的で芸術的なお土産製造業を営んでいました。

しかし病気になった事を機に

我々の信念の根底にある創造性、情熱、および柔軟性を未来ある人々に伝えたいと思うようになり、幼稚園教諭となりました。

それ以降我々は今あるBKIプリスクールのような学校を地域に提供するという新たな夢を持ち歩んで参りました。

BKIプリスクールが地域に浸透してきた今、我々は「英語でアートワークショップ」という新しい要素を加えて次のステージに踏み出そうとしています。
